Very impressed!!! We have had half the house outfitted by another supplier. We got a crazy quote to complete the rest of the house and decided to shop around. We worked out we could get two shutters for the price of one if we are happy to wait 8-10 weeks. The other supplier was making us wait that long every time we ordered anyway as they were also made overseas. We ordered 1 window as a test (locally made) which was personally delivered within 2 weeks and have decided to order the remainder of the house through Shutterwise! Cannot fault the product. They look identical to our other ones, I wouldn’t be surprised if they manufactured at the same place!

I’m really happy with the finished product, delivery was quick and communication about design was awesome, assembly was easy and got easier after the first shutter, Shutter Wise had great after purchase service. I was missing a couple of fixing components with my second shutter assembly and sent of a request via the website for help…within minutes of posting I got a phone call, the young gentleman hand delivered the missing components directly to my front door in his own time riding his motorbike on the same day..I thought the components were coming in the mail..I am obviously super happy and pleased with Shutterwise and will be purchasing more shutters in the future.

Hey,easy to deal with,when shutters arrived I didn't open the box for a week,when I did found one piece was broken, took a photo sent if off on a Sunday,got a reply a hour later saying new one will be sent out,received a tracking number Tuesday arvo, so easy .will be using shutter wise again ????
