I am very impressed with the quality of this product. They are robust and we have them in an external veranda location. We bought the DYI kits for 11 shutters, the supplied measurements were exact and correct and they went together very well. Took a few goes to understand the process then it was about 30 minutes for each shutter unit. The company was very helpful as we discussed what we wanted and the chat dot was a real person. Even questions during our assembly process were answered. On delivery we got an email at dispatch and track updates from the courier. Delivery was excellent.

I ordered a set of plantation shutters a couple weeks ago, I opted to get the 1 week manufacturing time. I had received the shutters roughly a week later which was good. One of the blade had some surface damage, I called up shutter wise straight away to get it sorted out and they were very helpful in sorting the issue out and had a new blade sent out the next day. They also refunded the difference I paid to get the faster manufacturing time due to this issue.
The shutters themselves were pretty straight forward to put together. They look and feel really nice. Considering the price I paid compared to some of the alternative company’s I couldn’t recommended shutter wise enough.
