He was incredibly responsive, even answering my questions after hours, and when I realised I was missing a few screws in my package, he express posted them out straight away so I received them the very next day. That kind of service is so rare these days and really made the whole experience stress-free.

So grateful for ShutterWise! I couldn't afford to replace the whole plantation shutter blinds that were damaged, and their repair kit was perfect. They literally saved me hundreds of dollars, made the panels to measure, and I had them in my hand, VIC to NSW, within a week. I was worried I wouldn't get my order before I moved, but they came through super quick. Thanks to their instruction video, I fixed the shutters in minutes. Outstanding! Highly recommended!
